Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand website requirements and objectives. 2. Create website layout designs, wireframes, and prototypes based on client specifications. 3. Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the client's brand identity. 4. Select appropriate colors, fonts, images, and other visual elements to enhance the website's aesthetic appeal. 5. Develop responsive designs that ensure optimal viewing experience across different devices and screen sizes. 6. Implement SEO best practices and ensure websites are optimized for search engines. 7. Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final website. 8. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to continuously improve website designs. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance design processes. 10. Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role. 2. Strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills and projects. 3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Dot Net or PHP added advantage 4. Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly development. 5. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma. 6. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices. 7. Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web design. 8. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. 9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. 10. Strong time management and organizational skills.
